Casual Fling/ Long Term Principles

                               Casual
  • Anything related to health should be disclosed
  • A general explanation of prior experiences involving relationships and other interpersonal circumstances should only be disclosed when presented with the subject.
  • Any intentions or interests in the path or outcome that will follow the act regarding the expectations of commitment should always be disclosed to both person's during the fling. I.E If you plan is to not be together, let the other person know that.
  • In the case of a casual fling where the personal obligations, situations, and circumstances of one person do not affect the other, it is not necessary to disclose facts and beliefs that can turn the other person off.
                          Long Term
  • A general explanation of prior experiences involving relationships and other interpersonal circumstances should always be disclosed.
  • Personal obligations, situations, and personal beliefs should always be disclosed.

  1. You have great points and arguments for each of the two different types of relationships I was just expecting it to be in paragraph form rather then in bullet points. Also maybe an explanation of what you would describe each type of relationship as so that we understand your thoughts on both a long term and casual relationship.

  2. I agree it is important for a casual fling to let the other person know you don't plan to be together. Your point of the general explanation of past relationships in long term is important because it's good to know if their ex is still on their mind or not. Saying anything related to health should be disclosed is a general statement. More long term things that need to be disclosed can be added to strengthen your points.

  3. I really like your explanation of the two types of relationships and it made me think of something that our group did not. Discussing the plans after the two people are together for a casual thing is important because one might think it means more than the other one does.

  4. i agree with 60 percent of your blog and i like how you made your points simple and it was easier to break it down. Asking about the past relatiohship is usually touch subject for people sometimes its not worth bringing up so its a pro and con good job.
